MEDIATION SERVICES
At Canova Mediations, Inc. we provide the facilities and opportunities for parties in dispute to meet together and exchange ideas and information to resolve their dispute.  Kimberly Canova is a certified mediator through the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and she will work with both parties through their dispute to identify the issues and create solutions to the problems.

If the mediation is successful, Ms. Canova will draft a Mediation Agreement setting out the terms of the parties’ hand-crafted resolution in plain language.  Upon execution by all parties involved, Ms. Canova will provide information as to how to make the Mediation Agreement an Order of a Court, if necessary.
